2. Use Sunscreen

If only I had that dollar amount in my bank account. Clean your phone screen throughout the day to minimize the amount of yucky germs your face is exposed to.

7. Stress Less
Ohhhhhhmmmmmm. Keeping a level head can help you get clear skin believe it or not. Stress hormones can lead to excessive oil production which in turn can lead to pimples. Oh no! More pimples = more stress. Am I right? Try meditation and avoiding stressful situations to help keep your skin nice and clear.
9. Remove Makeup Before Hitting the Sack
It's late, you just got in and you're tired and dozing off, but your face is still beat. Leaving your makeup on overnight can clog your pores and lead to excessive dryness.
"Sleeping in makeup can be detrimental to the skin's health," says Dr. James C. Marotta, Facial Plastic Surgeon & Skincare Expert. "This is especially true because the skin repairs itself at night while you sleep, so makeup can clog your pores and not allow the skin to breathe." Marotta also warns that it can cause uneven skin tone, dryness, redness, acne, and even deepening of wrinkles."
If you find yourself falling asleep in your makeup often and just can't make it to the bathroom at night to remove, try keeping some makeup removing wipes in your nightstand.
